A vegetarian by choice, I believe, that there there are plenty of exhaustive options out there, that I don’t have to resort to eating meat. I am thrilled to see the increasing interest in vegetarianism and hope to fan those flames in my own little way. So I have created this watering hole, where like minded vegetarians can discuss topics pertaining to this, including food, restaurants, recipes, books, and such.
